DSS arrests, detains Ifeanyi Ubah.

There are reports that operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have arrested and detained Ifeanyi Uba, the owner of Capital Oil. According to Sahara Reporters, Ubah was implicated in a corruption incident involving the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.  It was reported that the Capital Oil owner was accused of “embezzling funds from an illegal sale of crude oil saved in his facility.”
